I have never heard of them available separate from the bearings. Like a cam and lifter, you should not mix and match. They are machined to insanely small tolerances and manufacturers may have small differences.
They are also maybe one of the cheapest things you can buy for these cars and you don't want to have to do this job twice. Part #: 999-059-056-00-M92 $18.50 Part #: 999-059-047-00-M92 $22.50
