I don't know if I like this thread. It either reminds me of how much money I have put into the car, or it provides a shopping list for future spending.
Hmmmm...

Agreed, all this really does is make you see what remains 'missing' on your car! D'oh. Been chiselin' away over the years @ the list of what I think a 930 'should' have, on a po'boy's budget. Making progress but everytime I address one item, 2 more add to the other end of the list. Shart. As the Bizarro Jacob (my car's oppositely cool / uber), I'll start rear to front (save it, Ronnie!), on my GR '87, sport seats / LSD:
Hopefully this spring? 965 elbow & BPV swap... needs moar flamez!!! Some are good, more is best. Someday wishlist? RL8 headers swapped in, Wevo shifter, SC cams, and some suspension bits - beyond that, I'd be done (I swear.... lol) pics, because (will have to await current ones w/ wheels & valance): ![]() ![]() Fredrick's of Hollywood mode:

Yep, I think she's weighing in at around 1200 lbs. Even Eddie Bello would have a hard time keeping up with me. Interesting all the various mods posted here. Paulie, whut, you still running with a 3LDZ? Jeeze, what are you....a purist or just confused?

na mon... my 3LDZ retention's been quite intentional
it's strong, healthy (60k), and I thoroughly enjoy the old school donkeypunch to the kidneys power delivery it provides and @ 2750lbs the LAST THING I friggin need is MORE POWER... I already drive like a fargin icehole as it is (WOT24/7/365, no joke)... and the car rips great ass with this setup. so - yeah - Rainbow Bright stickers and all, but been happy w/ it as is alas, my to-do's have mostly been checked off so the turbo is suddenly on the radar (different than Ronnie's gadar)... trying to finagle a deal w/ 'someone' as we speak actually 8-). We'll see. Oh yeah Ronster... you'd mentioned stickerz in yer PM to me... these are fer you biaaaatch... driver modz ![]()

^^^ Paul, I'm sure you make the Rainbow crowd very proud as a "Dragon" sticker is perhaps one of the ghayest accessories a car can possibly have (no doubt an extremely effective advertisement for same-sex availability)!
![]() And when are you going to put some tires on yer new, pimpolicius rimz? All I see in that picture is a thin, black outline around the perimeter of the wheel - did someone draw that on with a Sharpie? ![]() Last edited by Ronnie's.930; 02-12-2014 at 11:43 AM.. |

call me 8-) I even had the f'n original key for the thing. Not sure I got it back w/ my re-purchase tho, have to scrounge thru my stash. Dayum, some seriously built cars here - yetanother reason this thread sucks ![]() Wow Chris, had no idea you built that thing up like that. And in such short order. Man, you don't fekk around. Nice build. Love that Mod 07 Bryant. One of my faves. And that anthracite rules. Ronnie, your bizarre obsession with displaying your tookus is somewhat disturbing - paging Dr. Freud. Ahhhh, wait - I got it - you figure the more you keep tossing it out there... the more likely someone'll be to toss "it" IN THERE. Makes sense. ![]()
