Wow, That was easy
I'm still waiting for my powdercoated suspension parts before I can reassemble all my new ER stuff, and the rack was already out of the car. So, I decided to open it up to check on the condition and put in new bearings. I must say a big thanks to all of those who posted their experiences in doing this before me. It made a simple project really easy. Won't know if it makes a difference for a while but I do know that the upper bearing was toast and there was little to no grease in the rack. At least I know everything is good. Plus, I don't have to put a dirty part back on the car!!
