Presentation of my 3L turbo for track days

Crankcase 930/51
965 oil pump
Crankshaft 66mm 2.2s
Wossner forged rods
JE piston 98mm VR = 7.6: 1
Gasket le mans
Cylinder 32/35mm standard
Camshaft SC
Valve spring cup and reinforced
CIS 3.3L custom
Exchanger and dump valve 965
Headers RARLYL8
GARRET Turbo TR30R custom
TIAL 46mm wastegate 0.9 bars
Home made silencer
MSD 6AL-2 programmable
Lightweight Flywheel
Lightweight aluminum clutch

The engine is very responsive. Virtually no LAG.

I was lucky to go on the passenger seat (bucket is more appropriate) and the engine is mighty responsive. It really addresses the main drawback of the original 930 engine and turns it into an utterly usable, powerful at all RPM, efficient power plant. In a rally car, it would make it unbeatable. In a track car, I suspect it will put to shame a lot of more recent cars...

I have a 75 3L turbo motor, want to do same mod, if use EFI system what do you think the output power will be how many Hps?

the maximum power does not have a goal for me. Effectiveness and ease of driving is my goal.

What a great build. I have wanted to build the NA version of this motor for a long time. Yet, it would have more cam and extend into the stratospheric rpm range.

I am surprised yours drops off so early in the rpm band. I would have expected a more linear drop at peak HP since your torque does not fall as fast. Are you running out of fuel in the upper rpm range?

no, I'm a little too rich (AFR under 11)
the small turbo and camshafts sc and small pipes 32mm in the head, are probably responsible for the engine character
