Wow, nice having 5 gears!

My Yamaha R1 went a 10.49 @ a measly 131 mph ..... so hitting 128 means your car is pulling hard once it's underway!!

I had an '02 R1. It'd do 86 MPH in 1st, 116 MPH in 2nd. It was a beast.

I thought they did like 9.99 @ 150.

Tippy, you're officially my new hero, 129MPH is awesome, that's a low 11 in the making. Stock GTR does 10.9 @127mph.

A friend told me someone did that in a stock 2014 GTR, it's mental, I just wrote it to compare your mph, it's is up there!

cool, Always glad to see people taking these things to the strip. 130mph is moving right along at the finish.

I like to bench race occasionally as well, but am of the school of thought that a car is only as fast as an actual time slip shows.

If only the back straight at H2R was a little longer. HMM think you could slow in time? Still very impressive.

Its funny that it did not feel that quick when we went for a drive a few weeks ago. Probably since we were going uphill.

Would not be easy stopping going downhill there. I was hitting 110 MPH up the hill.

3 things when we went for a spin:

1. It rained so high humidity
2. I added 1.5 degrees timing in the 240kPa bins.
3. I never wound it up IIRC. Like I stated before, it doesn't hit hard anymore, it just keeps pulling.

Nah, well, maybe the new ones do. The 01 motorcyclist test had them down around 10.19 / 136 or in that area, and those guys are pros. Of course temp, humidity, traction .... you know the deal.

Hmmmm, you're right. Thought they were faster. Just googled it.

I think 130 is in the cards after I port the turbine housing and run a decent air filter. Have to get rid of the tiny 2.5" deep, 6" around K&N I'm running now. These 2 things have to be choking it up top.

Will fix shortly.
