What do you canucks guy's use? Can't get Mobil 1 15w50 or VR1. At least didn't saw them for sale.

That is not correct. Mobil 1 15W50 has 0.1 ZDDP. Brad Penn has 0.1 to 1.0 ZDDP. See the top of page 2 here:

The guys who run Mobil 1 should look into the ZDDP levels - they cut this out a few years ago because it was not compatible with catalytic converters. You need the lubrication from the ZDDP for your valve train on the older engines hence the Brad Penn or other oils with ZDDP.

Run what you want - its your car.

I'm from the "D", but on the other side of the river they get it at ESSO stations, Advance Auto Parts, and CARQUEST.
