lol... you convinced me with your great pics!

I'm keeping the aluminum copy fan I already got from vertex and next time I change the oil I'll disconnect the big S hose and let the back of the motor down far enough to remove it, then tape off the gold cad plated steel center part, sand it smooth and satin polish it. Even now it actually looks a little better than the thing you posted.
I'll try not to get too carried away so whatever balancing that was done doesn't change much.

The new Porsche fan finish reminds me of old heavily galvanized steel garbage cans from the 60's

Theres a carbon fan available…just requires some minor modifications.

I have seen a vertical CF one, but it was $$$$$ and required a different alternator.
