Yes in that second video the Spanish truck driver can not read the signs in English that say " NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES!". This happens all the time. One fecking day they (government *******s) will push for bilingual road signs instead of requiring drivers to be able to read the signs in English.

Interesting, I thought I'd read in the 965 story in Excellence that there were no 965s left, not even in the museum or warehouse.
Glad to know at least one still exists.
