Going on a trip not only to break in new motor but will be away from my 110 pump here in Florida . Wanting to get idea of what kind of octane booster I should buy a case of to get back and forth ....

There's no octane booster that's gonna bring pump gas up to 110.

I'm planning on trying the Torco brand octane booster.

I don't think they would risk their good reputation by selling snake oil.

Torco supplies fuels including methanol and nitro methane to many race series.

They say add it to pump fuel to get the closest possible substitute for race fuel.

Torco Accelerator - It's not just an octane booster

It's affordable by the case, shipped to your door from AZ.

Consider that once Benzene(C6H6-ring of death) was used as an aftershave in this country because it smelled good, be careful what you breath in(it's also in gasoline).

While not as toxic as benzene, Toluene has the potential to cause severe neurological damage.

Torco has been used with good results in import tuning scene for over 10 years. The main active ingredient is MMT or Methylcyclopentadienyl Manganese Tricarbon, the same stuff used in race and overseas high octane fuels. It does leave a red residue on the inside of combustion chambers. I have no personal experience using it and dont know of any ill effects. Use at your own risk. It is a cheaper and possibly less harmful alternative to Toluene and Xylene.
