How effective are these headlights?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have experience using this type of headlight.
I've seen several DP/Kremer cars with this type of lower headlight. They have no pop up lights so they must be there main lights.
Do they actually work well, or at least well enough to be effective? As they are mounted so low.

Cheers

Thanks Quattro, he's got the K3 style by the looks of it :

These look to be a similar hight to the original 935 style below, just mounted further backwards.

The DP lower valence lights would be mounted even lower, so not sure how much difference a couple of inch's lower would make to there effectiveness.

I have the same headlights, They were in both type of front valance's. Work well but when real low to ground low spots in the road look black as light is skimming across top of road. By the way, mine are 100watt low and 150 watt high beam.

Thanks Porsche 935, thats just the sort of info I wanted to know.

I need to now decide if I go for DP/934 style lower valence and keep the impact bumper look or 935 complete front bumper and install matching smooth rear bumper.
