Had clutch failure this wee and it turned out that the release fork boss gave up.

Anyone with similar problem ?

Maybe with stage 2 PP, load is too much without reinforcing ?

One of the guys over on Rennlist had that failure from a mis-positioned throw-out bearing. The ears rotated out of position during the engine-transmission mating process and he didn't see that. He got the shaft through the release arm, stepped on the clutch and broke the bosses.

Hi Paul,

In my case I suspect the extra force from the KEP stage 2 pressure plate that is the main reason.
Also the holes was mashined bigger for the newer type release fork axel. This cause the boss the get weaker as it is less aluminum to withhold

I bet it might have broke from a combination of the two.
Can you get it repaired in Norway or are you sending it over here?

I picked it up from the welder today.
Was not the easiest alloy to weld, but should be good now
