Help with approx value of 930 Euro

I am hoping to purchase an 85 930 turbo imported into the US from Europe very early on. Basically original black with red leather, Fuchs etc. no mods and 91k miles. Any idea of approximate worth of said vehicle. Any help is appreciated.

somewhere between 20k and 75k. Seriously.

We need way more detail to have a guess. There is also a marketplace forum where people like to play "the price is right" with these cars

Thank you and I understand what you are saying.

It is in very good original stock condition. The red leather interior also in very good condition. Aftermarket stereo, original paint.

No leaks I am told.

That's it? I thought these cars were bringing huge money, especially unmolested?

US market $40,000/$60,000. Euro market it would bring about 15% more. This car is a good color combination too. If this car had miles 35k or less then yes this car could reach $70,000+

This car was for sale recently at Lotus of Jacksonville Florida. 1985 930 10k miles. The asking price was $89000 and I believe the car has been sold.

85'S was intro of G50 so it might fetch more for that, got pics?

Any rust?

condition is very important also, miles are overlooked if it is a GOOD car good history meaning it might be good in the sellers eyes but often we can see our own cars with rose coloured glasses on, so post some pics and youll get some better idea of value from the average consensus

I just renewed insurance on mine, last year i got 42k plus salvage rights sight unseen, this year it got me 90k sight seen at 80 percent finished, thats with 230000 kays on it which is more than on yours, but most of my value comes from being a completely rust free car im sure, and no visible worn parts, so it has had (easy miles)

Post pics of your undercarriage,
engine
trunk under carpet,
front under battery
and lift carpets show metal

youll get more acccurate guesstimates,

if yours is in condition like in pic above and having original BLACk PAINT with G50 and MATCHING NUMBERS id say 79-129k

Robby,
You're slipping man!

The 5-speed G50 transmission wasn't introduced into the 930's until 1989. The NA 3.2 Carrera's had the G50 intro'd in '87.

Its worth whatever the next person is willing to pay for it and how bad they want it. Hope that makes sense to you. Plus its an 85 so we all know those are the best year lol. Ok maybe I added the last part for obvious reasons.

Here in the UK you can't buy a 930 under 30k....at least that's worth owning and not breaking for spares. 30k is a shade over $50k
