I try and check in now and again but maybe I should be paying more attention. This is a little confusing in some ways. Is the duck going to be removable, and that's that duel duck piece attach too? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads24/DSCN09241438376641.jpg

No It will be fastened to the metal tail base. That is the fibreglass fresh air diffuser at the base of the windshield.

I esp like the way your duck doesn't pucker up on the edges at the side seams the way the factory and all the aftermarket ones do - looks stupid IMO!

most excellent work

thanks

Thank you. Yea I'm very happy with the results, I like the hybrid look too, we looked at numerous Duck tails and took from those what i think looks best. Onto the sanding and finishing next.
We tightened up the gaps around the signal lights, more sanding to come.

I don't really care for duck tails, especially on Turbo bodied cars, but I agree, what he did with the sides of it really tidys it up.

Very sweet creation right thar (for a duck )!

Tyfaim, too funny that you made a cool looking, air intake for the base of the windshield and I just made a block-off plate that goes under the OEM grill in order to stop any air from entering there (and fuggen with my arctic a/c, buttofcourse).
