Thank you sir.
I'm super happy with the way things are progressing.
I just went through your build again, gorgeous stuff. I like the fuse panel and COP info too.

Thanks!

I need to get back in the garage and post some updates. The harness, relays and fuses are all tested, loomed and wrapped with Coroplast and came out pretty well. The gas tank is done, and I just need to finish the dual pump mount.

Rod,my pro street 55 buick highway patrol car is like that holes drilled in the frame rockers every bracket, heck even the door hinges.I personally didn't do it,but it seems to be holding strong.I wanted also to say they cut most of the inside door out just leaving enough steel to keep a door pannel on

Hi Kevin
That is super cool. I don't know if I will go to that extent. Such a heavy car with light holes, love it!

Not much to report, I'm gonna Pick up the bumper today, had them sprayed with high build primer.

Rod, with that seat protector element to the cage, is there any concern as to what would happen if the car were nailed right where that bar is, pushing or folding it into the occupant's left thigh? I'm absolutely no expert, but it seems like it would help in a light to moderate hit, but could cause extra issues under a heavy side impact, like if you spun or slid the car into a phone/utility pole and took the impact where that bar is. Not being critical, just wondering. Best regards, John in CT.

closer

Thank you gents.
I was at the shop today, she was basking in the sun longing to hit the open road.
We are getting closer now maybe a few weeks and all the fab work will be done.

I decided to torture myself, starting into sanding off the black anodizing and then polish all the window mouldings to a chrome like finish.

Yellow Zinc

Hey Kevin
Doing good, how about you anything new and exciting?
That aircraft stripper works great, I just need to pick up some more and finish the mouldings. Meanwhile I organized all the nuts bolts, screws, brackets, etc. for yellow Zinc plating and some chrome plating items too.
