Great build!!

I had RSR gussets on my 77 930 shock towers as well and Tony Callas made a set of RSR corner gussets as well. I tried to draw them on your picture. They were made of 1/8" steal plate and bent into shape and MIG welded on the inner corners of the engine shelf. If you are going to run RSR suspension and run it pretty stiff, this corner area can show stress cracks and start to separate. I thought I had a picture of mine installed, but I can't seem to find it in my archives. Anyhow, maybe look into it? It would be easy to fab some up and weld them in at the stage you're at right now...
Cheers!

Hey Mike

At this point i'm not sure how stiff the suspension will be, but i like the idea of reinforcing weaker areas, I'm gonna add those gussets too. Thank you.

Great! Yup, it's cheap insurance and easy to do with it all apart.

When you were mocking up the bumper I thought you were closer. Then you broke out the rotisserie. Diggin deep is good for the car.
