Fuchs selling new wheels in USA

I found that Fuchs is now selling 17 and 18 inch classic style wheels in the USA:

Fuchsfelge USA

They do fit the older 911 series, but offsets seem limited so you may need spacers.
They tell me I would need hub centric 30mm spacers in front and also similar in rear, so I am not sure whether I'll go this route, but thought I'd share the information.

Prices seem competitive from $676 to $894 per wheel.

Sizes include:
17 inch by 7, 8, 9
18 inch by 8, 10

Finish is either anodized silver spokes on satin black background with anodized silver lip, or satin black with anodized silver lip. You can get custom colors for $150 per wheel.

Can deliver after July 25th - initial stock is still clearing customs from Germany.

May be an option for some, and delivery sounds to be better than that of some others.

Thanks for posting.

Fuchs will always be the go to for my choice in wheels.

The 17 and 18 inch wheels sure provide options for 930 owners and the pricing seems very competitive.

The wheels on that 993 just don't look quite right. Not sure these modern wheels will look any better on older 911s.

Perhaps older Fuchs use golden ratio or similar in spoke length/width at base/tip, distance between triangles. Not sure, but they just look so right, like it is the only way to be.

These new Fuchs don't look right to me either. Have seen the live, too and did not like them. Thought was the only one, but good it is not only me. Usually I like all Fuchs, and later Lindsey, Dage/Compomotive.

I agree, they just don't look right. I't looks like the pedals have a much sharper edge. Also as Highway-Star pointed out the pedal is elongated because they're 1"-2" taller
I have 11"x17" Fuch weld ups from True Design. There's a 1" step welded up between the centers and the barrels. I'm guessing Lindsys are made the same way. Looks way better IMHO
