Modification OEM Muffler 930 ROW

My current muffler is to loud for me (more for the men in blue)


I want modification my factory muffler
has anyone of you ever modification a original 930 muffler?

RUF take a factory muffler and make a 4R does anyone of you know what they have changed?

i have begin split the muffler:

The current works with absorbation, i can roll a ball thru it (inside diameter 76mm / ~3 inch)

Difference was noticeable. Sound was louder but acceptable, the gutted space was packed with sound deadening material. You still have the 2.5" factory inlet so a bit of restriction there if the engine is modified or you are running a K27.

The Modification is done

The modification is completed and the result is as I want it.
the loudness is like i want it...the performance is of course reduced with all my modifications.









my welding is not so good but it works
