Today set EGO control authority to 0 and the problem has disappeared.

Temperature is around 90 C, I don't have TPS, Micro read 6% as fix value so here no problem.

I read somewhere about same problem with Megatune caused by corrupted INI file.
Maybe I've the same issue?

the extra small port near the main inlet is missing on the iron head
, that is the lambda channel for the main chamber.

an Authority of 0 should lock it to 100%, basically the Auth +/-% tells the system how far it is allowed to adjust

FYI in addition to the settings for RPM,TPS,MAP and coolant the internal code also checks for TPS and MAP Accel/Decel and if active will also turn off the correction

in your logs, compare "AFR" and "AFR target", they should be pretty close to each other for normal operation of the EGO Correction.

VE needs to be set to get AFR as close to the target as possible before EGO is turned on
Then you have the ability to tune the EGO response by adjusting the PID section and Authority value
Authority sets the overall min/max limits of any allowable change
PID sets how fast and how far those changes are between calculation steps, and either creeps up on the desired value or quickly attacks and overswings then corrects again oscillating around the target.

It might also be worth looking at softening the MAPdot response to make sure accel/decel is not being triggered by small MAP changes, as there seems to be a lot of wiggle in the MAPdot line you have there. EGO Correction is small where MAPdot is large so it might be turning off at thos points.

The advantage of FrankenCIS is we have the full range of MegaSquirt capabilities to play with, the flip side of that is there are lot of interactions between those features and half of the complexity in tuning is getting everything balanced in the system so it behaves well by responding both quickly and correctly.

0280150300 seems to be correct for the Porsche

there are different part #'s depending on the hose configuration (e.g. 306 for Mercedes, 322 for VW etc.) so I would double check your existing one before ordering anything

Is it stamped on the part do you think?

If so, my engine is out I'll have a butchers and see if there's a number on it.

I found this when searching that part number. These might be a useful reference for someone attempting something like FrankenCIS on a modified car with higher fueling requirements, or re-adding a lambda valve to a head originally made without one.

Thanks

0 280 150 300 is
242 cc/min @ 4.7 bar
dead time 2.5 ms
and
low impedance @ 2.4 ohms

Steve
My engine is in the reassembly phase now, just buttoning up the chain housings and valve covers. Had the flywheel machined to 60-2. Excited to see how FrankenCIS will work with SC cams, an eWUR block, ignition, and EBC

me three

although mine has been in that phase for nearly a year now

Admittedly I'm being overly ambitious with the eThrottle and CNP ignition, but hey, crazy is as crazy does

I bought Denso COPs but not using a TPS, just going to use speed density

I feel your pain I miss my 928 as well

I just spent the last week freezing my butt off in NYC and Quebec
I don't think I could survive over there with cars being a seasonal thing

Sub-tropical is awesome! I've only got to navigate work and travel commitments.

I've been busting my ass working on the 930. I was hoping to get done over the new year break but one delay after another. Getting close though!
