How much fuel pressure is too much?

I have spent the last few months tinkering with my Leask WUR. I finally have it where I want it (or close enough). Its on an 89 930.

13.5 idle
14.7 cruise
11.6 full boost .9 bar

I had the car tuned on a dyno a while back and the shop shimmed the plunger on the fuel head to correct a lean full boost condition. A while later, I installed a WEVO AFR monitor. I realized the settings from the shop had changed. Lock tight was not applied to the "onset of boost" allen head bolts and they fell out. I was getting 10.3 upon the onset of boost.

I have to say the Leask Wur's are awesome.

I have read here that the spec for an aluminum fuel head should be around 100 psi. I don't know exactly how much I have but it blows past 100 PSI on my CIS gauges. My max reading is 100 so I am thinking 120 or 130 psi.

Should I leave it as since its running well, or remove the shims to put the fuel pressure back in spec and start over again with the AFR's?
