A 1979 US 930 with this VIN should have a 150 MPH speedometer.
If you are planning to purchase and the miles are a concern, you should ask to see documentation to back up the mileage showing on the non-OEM 200 MPH speedometer. Unless you are looking at a very low mileage documented car, condition needs to be your guide, not miles.
