It really depends on the hub/spacers arrangement you have on the car. Keeping the OEM spacers require certain offset, removing them changes that. But, I believe you got your own answer 10mm spacer from whatever is there now... I kept the OEM spacers on my 78 when installed the 17s, so if you want, I can get you my wheels offset.

Take a pic of your front hub with the wheel off. Put a tape measure up next to it so we can see what you have.

I have one nicely made 10mm spacer I'd like to sell. They usually do travel in pairs.. but this one's all I got.
Pelican Parts used to sell them, maybe they still do.

It'll fit in a padded USPS priority mail envelope so I'd sell it for $35 shipped with tracking number to anywhere in the USA.

These were the figures Zuffenhaus supplied me for the "Zuchs" on my car:

Front, 9x17, ET 30, backspace 5.68
Rear, 11x17, ET 17, backspace 6.18

*Have not measured myself to double-check.

Thanks for the input. Jfairman I appreciate the offer but I need 2... I found some 12 mm ones today here in pix. They bring it out about perfect but I am only getting about 3.5 turns on the studs. The guy I bought them from said no less than 5 turns. So I guess I will need to replace the studs now. Always something. It appears those are not easily removed. I have never had to replace them on any car.

If you are traveling at the speed of light & turn on your headlights, does anything happen?

10mm spacers might get you to that 5 turns.

Do your rear Zuchs wheels use the factory wheel spacers or do the spacers get removed?

Thanks for the info!

I kept the stock spacers on the rears. My car is an '87. Otherwise stock.

May be obvious, but don't forget to make sure the lugnuts still have full engagement on the studs!
