Charcoal Canister Options?

I removed my charcoal canister in the engine bay a few years ago. And used the space for an oil catch can. I used to keep my car in a large space and never noticed a hint of fumes.

Now, it's in a smaller space and I'm picking up a scent.

Anybody done anything to replace/retrofit something to do the trick?
