I haven't found any aftermarket AOS units better than the factory. The factory part (made by Purolator!) vents the breather air in tangentially so that any oil vapor will swirl around the outside wall and condense. Liquified oil runs out the drain hole back to the oil tank. There's an interior baffle to prevent air from coming in the side port and going straight out the top port.

Well, here is some useless advise, use the GT1 oil pump. It has a bigger scavenge section. That will pull down the crankcase pressure. All you have to do is tear open the engine.
