Time for the 2,000 mi service. At least it's easier to get it out of the bus than the 930. Modified 3.3.

Harold,
Did you get the engine cooling issues resolved? That is one fast bus!

Thanks guys. I'm using 5 fans. 3-10" fans mounted in the fire wall. One comes on with the ignition, the other 2 via a thermo switch when the oil temp hits 180. 2- 7" fan mounted under the intercooler, and I cut 1" slots in the bed above the intercooler. I tried various ducting but it didn't help. On hot days in the 90's the motor runs 230-240 cruising at 85-90 mph. Or around 210-220 cruising at 60-70mph.
160 mph bus with someone else driving.
With the 5 speed 915 box it winds out pretty fast, around 90mph in 3rd.

The bus would have the aerodynamics of a brick. To push it to 160mph is some achievement. And no wonder it struggles to shed heat.

What sort of turbo is that? Or is it some sort of heat shield around the hot side?
