Chris...that's one cool twin turbo setup. Are you doing this for a customer or will this be a kit? If a kit then can heater box be added to the headers? I'm sure others would be interested.

Mike,
We can produce more Twin Turbo systems, and yes, supply with heat exchangers.
This is using Garrett GT ball bearing turbos with Turbosmart external wastegates and a single BOV, but we could just as well configure it for twin EFR turbos.
I couldn't tell you the exact price today -- still building it, making materials list, plumbing it, etc.

Engine cooling resolved. I added 2 naca ducts for more air in the engine compartment, as well as re-installing the louvered engine lid. But the biggest improvement came from adding a Seatrab pc10-2 cooler. Same one that fits the 930 front spoiler. It's mounted under the chassis about half way back making less susceptible to damage vs in the front. Knocked the temps down 20-30 degrees. Actually runs cooler than the DP at 80mph despite the motor working harder. Cruising at 80mph with no boost on the DP, and .1-.2 boost in the bus. I was also able to remove the 2 fans under the i/c.

Most noticeable difference is that the doors shut like they never have. I now know what a proper Porsche door close sounds like.

Soooo instead of tossing those large tube headers and the trash, I think I know someone who could probably make use of them. I was Planning on fabbing my own but I was planning on making mine very similar to yours.

They are 17" Braids. Here's a picture with better light. The color is Marine Blue:
