Very lucky indeed, the deer could have come up the hood and into the car with you.

Had a guy die that way last fall not far from me. Car coming the other way hit the deer and tossed it up in the air, right into the windshield and into the cab of the truck he was driving.

The car didn't get hurt bad and you not at all, be thankful.

Thanks guys - you are right.
I was lucky - things could've turned out much worse. I am very thankful.

Here's one last pic for Slow&Rusty.

Ouch - that sucks. I had a similar incident last year in my 996TT (sorry folks - not a 930 pic), although I clipped the deer's behind with my front.

Find a good shop and be thankful you drive a Porsche - it could have been much worse

Got the car all polished up as a bday present to myself. She's not perfect but damn I love her!

I love how hard it pops in direct sunlight.

Big props to Mike @ CMC detailing here in NC. He is the best in the Charlotte area in my opinion - of course I'm biased!

Thanks!

Fuel pump decided to take a dump on me about 2 months ago and work schedule didn't allow me to resolve until now. Had them go ahead and install weltmeister front springs and pull the rear torsion tube in order to reindex the rear bars. End result, small changes = big result :big grin:
