I can imagine. Every wheel refinisher I speak to complain that Fuchs are a pain to mask. Iím tempted to just paint mine completely satin black.

I'm still on the fence about powder coating the mirrors the same color. Maybe even some of the interior parts like alu floor boards or the alumin rennline lower dash cover. But that would make swapping style later on more difficult.

Finally going to the body shop next week. The valance is close enough for the body shop to finish. I ended up glassing the valance onto the bumper. Also make a reflector delete. The valance base is on pg176.

Iím beginning to worry about them timing out. I had crackes in the inner barrel around holes and one I couldnít figure out which was making a leak. Just was sick of removing the tire and welding it only to still have a leak. Just replaced the inner barrel and should be fine now. But it should be noted rhay they donít like coming apart more than once. I guess the stress of doing that causes problems with the aluminum in the barrels. The centers are built like a tank though. Very tough.

added the euro trim with the reflectors and the rear fog light. the car has a separate factory rear fog light switch and the factory wiring was present, so it was only right that I added one
