That is a special car. It makes me wish I had held out for something more unique.
Thank you for the compliments. I dont think the trimming originally came polished. It just looks like the anodizing just faded(which I like). The interior is what sealed the deal for me.

Not artistic, well composed or impressive, just POTD.

While the Carrera 3.0 and the 930 are waiting for spring, I am working on my garage/cave - WIP

The rear wheels are 15x9 and the fronts are 15x8 Fuchs. The TB15s are 23/62 rear and 18/60 fronts. The wheels have been refinished. Machined lip with powder coated centers.

Rey,

Are those 9x15 1970's wheels, current factory offering or aftermarket? Also who mounted the tires on your fuchs? I'm afraid to put new tires on and get my wheels dinged up.

The fronts are 70s Fuchs, the rears are new 15x9 Fuchs that Porsche Classic is currently offering. A wheel shop in Staten Island NY mounted the tires. Any pro wheel and tire shop should be able to mount tires for you without any damage.

Thanks Rey! I like the look.

Why only 215s in the front. Seems like a 235 or 245 front tires would match up better with the 270 tires you have in the back.

Rahl

Wow this really is the perfect 930. Silver/Red interior.

I did once come across a 76/77 930 Silver/Orange Interior/Chrome trim. Amazing!

Been thinking about doing a video or 2 this summer so I picked up video pad https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/kb/interface.html to play with.
It's too cold to shoot video so I tried stiching together a bunch of stills.

This is my first youtube upload:
