Hey Paul...the rears are Sumitomo HTZ (315/35-17). I don't like it for 2 reasons...1st, it does not have rim "beads" (the weird thing is the smaller front tires does even though it's the same model) and 2nd, its size is on the small side (more like 305/35-17 or narrower).

Tug68 11-20-2014 03:06 PM

Why can't I post pics from my phone. It's driving me crazy!!!!

MikeD930 11-20-2014 03:21 PM

Yeah...these tires were installed when I bought the car over 5yrs ago. It has about 10k mi on them now. Will need new tires next year.

Below is another mirror photography that I think came out pretty cool.

Shameless braggart, 930 pic of the day (garage air temp was 98 at the time). Getcha suuuuummmm, bisches! :D

A/C pimpin' in the TexASS heat!

jsveb 11-20-2014 05:26 PM

Unless that is 29.2 psi of boost it sure is pimpin'

Ronnie's.930 11-20-2014 05:42 PM

^^^ Ha! Well, 29psi boost is a future project - I plan to take it to ole' Eddie Bello (NOT!).

And thanks - a lot of hard work to get my car to double as a raw meat transport vehicle!

speednme1 11-20-2014 06:02 PM

Damn that was yesterday's temp here in town...

[QUOTE=Ronnie's.930;8363160]^^^ Ha! Well, 29psi boost is a future project - I plan to take it to ole' Eddie Bello (NOT!).

Try Bob Norwood Autocraft in Dallas instead. 143 world records in geniuses book of speed records. Some with Porsche but most with turbo. he is up to 60PSI in a current project. Lots of Ferrari Lambo quad turbo but main thing, he knows boost. No affiliation.

Ronnie's.930 11-20-2014 06:11 PM

^^^ Ha! I couldn't afford to "take" my car to anyone. By "take it to Bello", I meant I was going to whip his ass in the turbo world! Just joking, buttofcourse.

I would like to check out Norwood's shop sometime, though.

Ronnie's Official New Nickname: Rawmeat(head).

MikeD930 11-21-2014 03:09 PM

lol...that's a good one...Ronnie is now known as Rawmeat.

Hey gotta show some creative pics...I'm not impressed with's cold outside now!!

Paul...I'm not sure what tires I'm gonna get yet. About half of the mileage is mostly hwy miles so that may be why they are lasting so long. BTW...that's some cool pics of the reflections!'s my potd (I'm sure I posted this before several years's so cool except for my tail not fitting in!!). Credit goes to Udo (964 owner).

Mike, jealousy does not become you, my friend! BUTT regardless, check your PM box for forthcoming "creative" Rawmeat pics! I recommend you do not do so at work, or in the presence of family or friends - wide screen monitor will come in handy, too!!!
