It has been getting cool in the mornings and on the way to work this am I got into boost and as soon as I was off the diverter valve let off a noticeable psssht - almost sounded like an open atmosphere blow off valve. Normal? Reproduced it a couple times rolling into boost and letting off. I swear I have never noticed it before (95% of my driving is windows down w/headers & exhaust blaring).
Bueller...

Besides the exhaust, I mainly hear the intake noise (cone filter on air meter) - loudest at sudden throttle closing after a high RPM pull - sounds like a big sucking sound (picture Paul in the engine compartment, doing what he does best!).

Funny - Paul's picture is upside down in your post, Norm, but prior to that, was not visible on my computer using google Chrome browser (yer last two pics have not shown, Paul).

Yeah Ronnie, I had a suspicion they weren't visible - WTF!?!? I've tried 1000000 ways to fix them to no avail. Sometimes I can seem them, others they are a black x. Pissing me OFF. I have zero idea why this suddenly happened, f'n Google Plus. Sucks. Anyone have any secret handshakes to fix that?

Norm, only a Jarhead would call that a shiittie bier - it's pretty fookin epic actually. Alas, ignorance is as ignorance does.

I too could never hear my OE diverter valve besides the exact description Ronnie just mentioned... click/clack from worn end seals, and only cone filter hiss. Now tho? Crykie... the sounds my car emits are farquing ***BRILLIANT***...

Oil leaks are just the engine sweating horsepower, right?!

PS - have you tried the Robbby solution!? I guess you might need about 10 tubes though, right?!

That's one of Bisi's hitting the two-step rev limiter.

It's childish, but fun! :-)

Awesome. Would love some of that out my afterburner zork.
After seeing that black SOB, I don't think we can call our 930s widebody.
