I'm considering going with a cam sensor so I can go full sequential on my next management system.

If you have an original air injection pulley & housing still on your 930 engine, then there's your spot for mounting the cam synch trigger.
* steel bolt/stud/whatever added to the aluminum pulley
* outer housing drilled & tapped for Hall-effect sensor
