AFM sensor plate height

i have seen the posts on here about this but still want some clarification.

my sensor plate sits perfect with no fuel pressure. with the pumps on and CP at 3.6bar the plate rises .020 of an inch measured at the center of the plate. it was not like this before. it is a little different depending on if the pumps are on or if i follow the procedure i have seen where you turn the pumps on for 10sec then turn them off.

problems are now the car likes to run rich, like in the low 12's at 3k rpm. my boost AFR hits the low 9's. my acceleration AFR is lean.(depending on where my cruise AFR is.) driveable is 15.6. not driveable is in the 17's.

my fuel flow is very good. 3.7-3.8 oz's for 10 minutes with the sensor plate open .070 of an inch at the center. (3/32 at the far edge).

my sensor plate does not vibrate like others have.

i dont want to spend $600 on rebuilding my head if it does not need it.
