took fuel disttributor apart

yea i finally did it. BUT, i am sending it to flow tech this week so i HAD to see what the condition inside was. i am quite disappointed. it was very clean inside.
no corrosion, no rust, no dirt. it looked extremely good for a dist that was pretty old.
the only thing i saw that looked to be a concern was the shim. it had what looked to be "dimples" in it. not sure what kind of problems this would cause.

i did not pull the cylinder out of the top of the head. i only removed the bottom. so there could still be some small passages that maybe (hopefully) will be a problem.

my problem is the car runs best with the mixture richer than 13 at 3k rpm and a steady cruise. it runs great with it in the upper 11's lower 12's.
when it is at 13, when i slowly accelerate (no boost) the mixture goes lean, like in the low 15's. so if i try to set the mixture lean, this acceleration mixture gets even leaner and the car bucks when trying to slowly accelerate.

boost is very rich and runs fine. hi 9's low 10's.

i am still suspecting a cylinder air leak
