Kinesis Supercup 8x17 and 10x17 wheel set (like 993RS Speedlines) $1500 SoCal

I know this isn't the classifieds, but these wheels don't come up very often so I thought a 930 owner might be looking for these.

This set was made to fit 1989 and older wide bodies (930s and 911s with 930 flares added) with the factory 930 spacers installed. I have a set of factory 930 spacers if you need them. This is an ideal wheel if you’ve updated a pre ‘89 911 to the 993 look, or want a light, strong set of wheels for the track.

Certainly one of the better looking aftermarket wheels for our cars. I'm kinda surprised you still have them (sorry, I have a set so I'm both biased and not a buyer).

GLWS!

dang I would love them, but just got a full set of 78/79 930 calipers for my 78 930 widebody, slantnose clone project still has SC NA brakes and suspension. and running over budget on the build of my 951 DE/street.

curious on your FS post, you say you are putting the 16" BBS back on.

my 78 930 clone project came with 3 pairs of 16" BBS. I know the widest are 11" as a tire is off one and the other has 315. the other two sets look like one pair are 8" and the other pair 9, and have older michellin 225 and 265 respectively.

I would really love to continue to use these BBS but it seems there are no street tires in the wider widths still available for 16". of have I missed something.

Thanks for the compliments! Bob, I don't know about your 11" but my 10" rear wheels use 255/50 BF Goodrich Comp Sport 2 tires which are still available.

did not know about that tire. but have found just a couple in 255/16.

so may end up using something like those for my 8 and 9(?)", and found Mickey Thompson to provide an 11" wide. but have heard they are not good tires.

who knows if anything will be available in 16" by the time I get this done. planning a major refresh, brake/suspension upgrades, and repaint.
