WTH??? 930 For Sale -Vancouver
Just was browsing Craigslist in various cities looking at 930's for sale. Saw this pic of the underside of the engine. What are people thinking?!

That's a tab for the VIN sticker. I was looking for a pic I took of mine but I cant seem to locate it.
The drain plug is to the left there. Not ideal, but it is what it is.

VIN sticker? It bowed the case halves. I think it's an idiot's idea of a skid plate/guard.
How much you wanna bet there's RTV in between those halves?

something else is not right.
the bottom edges of the 2 halfs are not the same. look at tge front part of the case. the bottom edges are the same. would a 79 have the air injection crap on there???

^^^^ Yeah, it looks like the right side of the case had broken off or the right-side case is a different casting than the left.
