Rubber trim for intercooler

I have a garretson intercooler and I never had the rubber trim that goes around the top.
Does anyone know where I can get that.
Thanks John

I too think that's where I got mine a number of years ago (Andial, direct) and remember being shocked at the time I could still get that then

wish I'd ordered a few spares, they dry up fast and shrink certainly... ah well

sorry

Are there any good pics around? Might be worth seeing if there's a reasonable alternative out there.

come to think of it, the rubber trim I used to replace the non-existent one on my OE fender mount oil cooler could likely be made to work

I simply picked up a box of garage door seal for the floor edge at my local hardware store, it's a bit taller but either could be trimmed or just let it squish.

Hard to see in this pic, but it's the top section I'd not yet finished fitting - it's grooved along one edge to allow for mounting.

It does have somewhat of an 'angle' to it, meaning it's not dead-flat:

I am not sure if I remember correctly, but I think Chris, Turbokraft, considered starting making these. Don't now if that ever happened.

I'd give him a call.

Thats what I was thinking. There must be some universal rubber trim I can find somewhere to make a replacement.
Thanks for all the reply's.

Check out second page- this is what I came up with. Been a year and a half on a hot engine in an even hotter state. Looks good. No complaints yet and cheap

If you order from JCW you will be tempted to order the lighted flying naked lady hood ornament. DO NOT DO IT!
