cold idle problem
 

The motor starts on the first crank, but won't idle. I need to keep my foot on the pedal for the first few minutes to keep it running. If not, it dies. To restart I need to depress the pedal and hold it, not pumping.
I confirmed the cold idle valve is working. Also swapped in a rebuild WUR. What else should I be checking?

start with air leaks. lots of places in the intake. check intake bolts and intercooler connections.

the ICV is open when cold and closes when warm? its actually an aux air regulator (AAR).
