Unhappy Car runs like crap

Stripped the engine while in the car to change my injector blocks because they where cracked and leaking air... I changed a few hoses to and new spark plugs few weeks ago. Checked my WUR
CCP 2 bar / WCP 3.7 bar / SP 7 bar/ Fuel enrichment worked also but can't remember the drop pressure. Checked ignition timing
So I went out today for a test and the car runs like crap
Feels like a hose had come of but checked all hoses and can't find any leak so far. ow, and changed the O-Rings to. Car starts fine cold and warm, at the start of my test drive afr at idle was 12.5 and after 14.7 ... on cruise 13.1
When I try accelerating car hold in badly at 3500 rpm and afr goes above 17!
My boost gauge doesn't show any boost or very very little.

not very rewarding :-) I wish I'll could have drive that car as much time as I spend working on it. But I'll stay positive... one day all things will work as they should

I think

That could be a big leak like the worm clamp on rubber elbow after metering plate not correctly in place.

I will look again but all looks tight...
I just took one of my previous spark plugs for a spark test. It's looking yellow?
Does this mean I'm having a weak spark?
I made a video but on the video the sparks are looking stronger then normal.

The clamp could be tight but the rubber might have slipped ander it! Happened to me once and similar symptoms. That spark seems plenty.

How about the rubber elbow cracked? It sounds like when warm the leak gets big. These intermittend leaks suck big time.

Does sound like an airleak/lean. Something not back quite right. may well be a leak on the boost side since you not getting boost. Maybe the O ring under intercooler/TB not seated right/pinched. Don't ask me how I know.

I didn't checked the throttle body o-ring for a leak, good point! I'll check that tomorrow!

Yes Sir both fuel pumps are working and are as good as new (original up front and 044 in the back.
So I made another video :-) When the car is cold it builds up boost but still runs badly... the longer I drive the car the worse it gets and afr goes higher to. when I let her cool down afr is back to normal.
I am 100 percent sure that I don't have an air leak that big that the car runs so bad. I checked it all again. I have to say that it did run badly before to so I started looking for leaks, but now, those are all fixed! after a test drive afr goes to 15 at idle and if I let her cool down it is back to normal (13)

another video of the sparks after a test drive ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1iOuGX962k

This looks weaker then the previous spark test video, no???
I have to say (again) that the spark looks better in the video the in real life...

Can you check the fuel pressure while you are driving?

If the car ran well before these changes then double check what was changed.

heat effects the coil and CD unit.

not sure about hose plugs. at least they are copper. the bosch CS plugs are what most use.

whats up with the oil pressure gauge?

the stock boost gauge is not that reliable. again, air leakk will keep from reaching full boost.
check IC connections and brake booster hose. intake bolts.

It didn't run well before... look in the post above...

I checked the coil on resistance and the values are within spec... cdi makes the normal noise... I'm sure that spark is to weak
If it was fuel pressure then the car would run fine on idle after a test drive but it doesn't

I've seen intermittent issues with the relays for the fuel pumps. Work sometimes then one of the pumps shut off.

The green wire out of the distributor is a usual suspect too.

Looks like incomplete combustion. Possible CDI getting heat soaked, as already mentioned. AFR's would read high due to uncombusted oxygen remaining as the result of incorrect mixture (too lean) or poor spark.
Don't try this at home (never done it myself) but try something unorthodox....put a bag of ice on the CDI and see if your performance is better when she's hot. Just a crazy thought.
