HELP with 911 problem

Hi, I have a 2001 911 with a warm start up issue. The car starts and runs great from a cold start as long as you keep it running , let it sit for 10 minutes it cranks and doesn't want to start . The fuel pressure when first start up is about 48 psi and will run fine all day, when I try after sitting the fuel pressure drops down with each crank. If let it sit and cool for an hour and it will fire right up like nothing is wrong. Any help would be great before I just start throwing parts at it.
