The needful - newbie pics

MY84, mostly stock, has K27, notice the odometer reading, mostly original paint. I have been this excited about a car in quite a while.

Newbie.....we love newbies! She looks really really nice, regardless of the miles, apparently taken well cared for. Black would always be my first choice for these cars, second only to white.

Stock/mods....what are we dealing with here? If this is your first 930, get ready for a lot of fun.
Anything we can help with, you need to know that we will!

Car looks beautiful! 17" Fuchs?

Love that it retained most of its original euro goodies - grab a set of new amber tail light lenses from our host to complete the look!

17" fakes. Plans.....need to get her sorted, was sold to me as a bit of a turd but the issues are minor, probably due for new shocks/suspension upgrade; need to learn learn how to drive with this kind of boost, John Walker refers to these as doctor killers and I'd prefer to stay alive. I see that you folks have done just about everything to your cars so I plan to learn and have fun.

Mostly my plans are to drive the heck out of it!

The car is very tight. Clearly well maintained and driven by the two previous owners.

Looks great. Well maintained miles can be a very good decision. I sold a 30K mile 930 in favor of getting a 145K mile original well maintained one. Looks and drives as nice and lots of $$$ left over.

I couldn't be happier for you; also, it would appear that are cars are close to twins. My Black '84 has tan leather being the only obvious difference. My last three VIN are 281; how close are we?

Silliness aside, welcome to group with a great looking car!

whoa - insanely good looking 'bit of a turd' you scored thar! Most righteous.

While many are a mod bunch here, that's one I think looks just right as is... almost be a shame to muff with it

almost

8-)

Congrats / welcome / and the best part... enjoy!

sososo great to see that odo, and your intent to drive - great perspective by the way, learn the nuances and the myths remain such

again, very nice turd. Errrrr...
