TPC stalling problem

Having stalling problem with a 1990 964 3.6 with a TPC inter-cooled supercharger. The motor is rebuilt 10,000 miles ago with a lightweight flywheel and Fabspeed headers with no cats. I have a Steve Wong chip with a Split second controller.

The motor will get to the 1,800 mark hot or cold and will stall. I have had two specialists chase the issue to no avail. They both have tried to contact TPC with no response(not even a piss off) for insight. We have replaced everything in the intake track but no change hot or cold. Getting really frustrated as the car is almost perfect in every other way.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

A while back I had a 993 with the TPC set up using the piggy back controller inline with my ECU. The chip in my ECU was adjusted to fine tune the piggy back controller. To start with I had an idle issue with the engine stalling when coming up to traffic lights. I had to adjust the idle stabilsing valve to set a new higher idle. Second thing was a silly mistake with the throttle sensor connector and stabilsing air valves connected the wrong way round. They were colour coded on the 993. The main issue I later had was the engine cutting out. This was caused by the chip holder being worn and the chip moving causing an intermittent connection. A new chip holder was fitted to the ECU and then never had another issue. Just sharing my experiences may not be applicable to you though. Would Would worth checking you wiring connections at the ECU if using a piggy back controller and ensure the chip is secure.
Good luck

TPC makes a very good product.. I want to say your issue is the split second controller as I had one on a built 3.4 and the car was almost undrivable at times. Your settings today, will not work tomorrow based on temperature changes of a few degrees etc. Also, is your SW chip generic, or tuned specific to your mods? Yes, it makes a difference

I had problèm Whit my 3. 6 l race car and it could be the strainer in the gas thank or a leak of air in a Rubber Piece hide in the top of the engine. Hard to see you move the pièce Whit your hands and then you see the crack or Check the idell valve on the top of the engine...

I highly doubt TPC would know what is wrong. This is more than likely a Motronics issue.
