Help w large oil line replacement
Hello Pelicans
My first diy post, so bear with me if this has been dealt with before. I want to replace the big hard oil line running underneath the engine as it is leaking. Do I need to remove the driver side (left) heat exchanger in order to remove it from the case? Thank you

On my 1988 930, I did not. There is a hard line that screws into the case, and the hose attaches to the other end of that.

Thank you. Sounds good. I assume you also have stock heat exchangers?
