Car fixin the 930

I really like to watch car shows like car fix on velocity and so I was sifting through all the saved car fix episodes and saw Porsche 930 Dyno something or another. So I'm watching this episode where they dyno a Porsche 930, and actually they build a complete set of headers, replace The turbo, do some intake mods etc. and it's hilarious listening to some guys who don't know anything about air cooled Porsche or 930 for that matter. They called the oil return tubes pushrod tubes. It's funny has anyone seen this episode?

Omg I can't wait to hear opinions on their take on the 930!
The placed the turbo so that Intake comes from the passenger side. But those headers look super nice

I only watched the 3-5 min involving the dyno. Made the expected middle-of-the-road power numbers from that conversion.
Some interesting choices in construction. As long as the owner is happy, right?

Yeurgh, oh Christ, it's THAT show....yeah we get that over here...last time I watched it, in the first episode they decided to cock about with an F355 iirc, then the next they thought it a really good idea to run an exhaust system into the passenger compartment of some abortion they were busy butchering #notthebesttvshowaround

Air filter under the car FTW! Not.
Those schedule 40 headers should be crazy durable, but they're crazy heavy, too.
Twin scroll with the wastegate on only one secondary pipe...

How does the air get metered if the inlet side of the turbo is not routed thru the AFM (plate), as in the case above? I've seen this on several 930's, air filter right off the turbo, and never understood how the air coming in to the turbo was actually measured...
