Who insures in condominium/shared parking?
I've recently moved to a high rise condo, Leyland won't insure me in the parking lot here. Grundy doesn't either.
Its a monitored by camera and patrolled, locked, etc etc and the lot is full of Lambos, Ferarris, Porsches, Astons, even a couple of Rolls, but apparently insurance is an issue. I'm trying the remainder of the usual suspects, but does anyone know for sure of a carrier that will insure in this lot? |

I had mine parked in a condo garage for a while, and Hagerty didn't seem to have a problem with it. Their policy just says it must be "garaged," but doesn't qualify it much, IIRC.

I called all the usual suspects. Haggerty is the only one who will, but their coverage is like 3x the price of Leyland.
