Too good to be true is screaming at me, so what am I missing ?

I think prices are faltering a bit and that the price on that 89' may be fairly reasonable. Looks nice

I agree that prices are off the highs. I would be looking for a driver not a show car. I dont love the color, then again I dont really care about the color. I am more interested in the mechanicals and the originality of the cosmetics.




I used to have an 89 Ruf modded turbo, not a Ruf vin car. It was a beast and actually not that fun. I kept it about 6 months. Forest Green with gray interior that had dark gray piping. Couple of pics of it hiding behind my old granite green 87 targa.

My impression is that if the miles are true and the car PPI's well its worth more than that. I was asking if I am not seeing something correctly.

Trader, I think maybe this is a good example of how the "hot hot hot" aura about the supposed rise in value of these cars is more hype than reality (except for examples with just a few miles, or ones that have been farted in by notable past owners).

Either that, or maybe the Barbie paint color is too off-putting for most to consider buying it?! :D
