car shutters...
When I let out the clutch from a standstill either in reverse or in first gear the car seems to shutter until it gets going. It's a stupid question, but are there any thoughts on this and should I be concerned? It doesn't happen all the time.
Thanks. |

Normally, that happens because the flywheel has gotten, repeatedly, very hot and it now has "hot spots" on it. You will have to have it resurfaced. But since you will already be in there, why not replace the clutch with a higher performance one and a lightened flywheel?
