strange noise

You can her it clearly in the Video and it comes from where I put my fingers on.

problem in ignition.. or electric supply is not proper

you're pointing to your boost recirculation valve housing, if that's the clunky noise you're referring to. Never heard of a recirc valve clunking at idle, though somewhat common when goosing the throttle at idle if the gaskets at the end caps are worn and the internal piston contacts metal instead of the gaskets.

Thank you guys. What I did to make this noise better to here is that I turned the dizzy 5 degrees to the left and right while filming. This i sthe reason for the up and down of rpm´s. Everytime the rpms change the noise apears. I will check the gaskets!

I just found out that here is no vacuum at the wastegate

The wastegate doesn't have a vacuum connection - the port on its side is for boost pressure (hose that runs from intercooler) and the port on the top is a vent to atmosphere (the hose is not connected to anything in the engine bay).

Thanks, I have an original Porsche workshop manual and it says at idel there is a vaccum which turns into boost pressure with rising rpm.
