Horns

Funny, B - as these sleds age it appears the glorious air horns do grow weezy. I'm firmly of the position that lack of use (as anything mechanical) expedites their demise. I'd not had my horn button properly rigged for a couple years after mounting my Prototipo and when I finally sorted it my horns never fully woke back up. Sucks.

If it makes you feel any better my 12yr old girls just last week were gleefully bustin me stones about my '87s ineptitude. Doh / ftl.

I'm shocked anyone's suggesting Supertones. Unless times have changed - while definitely LOUD and properly Germanic... they reek w123 MB or Volvo 240... which is polar opposited from the inherent exoticism of airhorns. Not to mention the ricer Sube tewls have ruined them for me long ago.

100yrs ago I ran dual Stebel Nautilus'es on my urS6, dual tone air snails. Nearly as loud as Super tones but the right note. Cheap too. Dunno if they're still around, look 'em up.
