I still have the same Dunlop SP Sport 9000 tires on my 82 930 when I purchased the car...time to change those out this summer!

i am running these now after running mich as sport(much better tire).

the contis have MUCH higher slip angles which makes them much "scarier" in my opinion. there is an "S" turn I can take going to work. i have to lift in the second turn to brake for the stop sign,. the first time I went thru there with the contis I was not going as fast as I did with the michs, the back end "popped" out like it was going to spin, much further than it ever did with the michs, and I was going slower. scared me a good bit. (about 60-70mph).

very hard braking (like over 100) and the car twists and moves around a lot. its kind of fun for me, little scary for the passenger.

I will give the contis this, I have not broken free yet, front or rear. still trying to find that limit, although not ready to flat spot the fronts yet.

if you are a smooth driver the contis may be for, if not, like me, the car is going to really move around when getting on and off the gas and brakes.
i will give them this, you can really control the back end with your foot so they may be good for learning to drive because if you can drive fast and smooth with these tires, you can really drive well with better tires.

what i fear with the hi slip angle is that if the back end gets too much momentum from the slip angles it may just keep going
