930 twin turbo side mount project/parts for sale

Going to take a leap into the 930 twin turbo world.
I have been searching the archives for information on the side mount turbo charger set up for the 930. Seems like all the threads are several years old.

Has anybody done this side mount conversion recently?
Was hoping to find some pictures to help my design.
Talk to Brian at RarlyL8 , He suggested it could be done but the oil tank would have to be moved.
As anybody install the 964 oil tank forward rear passenger wheel?

I'm about ready to get started on this project and when I do I'll have some parts from my current set up for sale.

Including:
RarlyL8 equal length headers
Precision turbo charger similar to Garrett GT 35
Tial Wastegate
Muffler setup

I'm out of town right now, i'll post more details when I return home

Yes, built both side-mount and rear-mount twin turbo systems for the -89 911.
Side mounts with and without mufflers, corner outlets and center outlets.
Air:air and air:water intercoolers.
Call me when you're back in town.

993 Turbo heat exchangers would work nice for a TT set-up, if you can find them.
The passenger-side flanges would have to be reversed though.

We've put the 993TT engines into 911/930 chassis before, modified the factory oil tank. Working fine over 10 years.

Tony, nice purchase on that ex-IA car, glad it went to a good home.

Still getting used to it but yes, so far.

I was interested in a 993 TT but always missed the feel of the earlier chassis and disliked the extra weight, the AWD and electronic stuff in the later cars. This one also has weight reduction to around 2800 and a more horses along with 935 suspension, Big red brakes and fuel cell etc, to make it blend better. Otherwise it looks pretty tame. Looks like Turbokraft has done some earlier chassis with the 993 transplant also. It still has the 4spd but plenty of torque so not a big deal to me.

Twin Turbo 930

A Kremer we did back in '06. Total '80s Miami Vice styling in cocaine white with triple tips each side.

Fabricated a new exhaust for the 993TT engine he sourced, and welded the tips to emulate the triple tube look. Motec engine management, about 600hp.

I did a side mount and I felt the performance was exceptional but I did do a front mounted tank and had to notch my frame to accomplish what I wanted . I loved the characteristics of that motor
